The ATM (Sparkasse) for cash is located in our Guest Services across from Polo Ralph Lauren.

Suprise your loved ones with a gift card for the Designer Outlet Neumünster. The gift cards are valid for 3 years and can either be bought online or at our Guest Services (value between €5 and €500).

Besides our Designer Outlet Neumünster gift cards we also accept Neumünster City gift cards. You only need to exchange the city gift card for a Designer Outlet Neumünster gift card at our Guest Services. The exchange has no impact on the value of the gift card.

Dogs are always welcome in our Designer Outlet Neumünster. We only ask that you keep the dogs on a leash. There are dog drinking troughs in the center and dog buggys are available to rent for a fee and securit deposit at our Guest Services.

Our centre is very child-friendly. Both existing playgrounds invite you to romp and linger. The main playground even has a roof to let the little ones play in every weather - you will find it next to frittenwerk and Giovanni L. The second playground is located next to Marché. Please refer to the plans in the centre for the locations.

You are welcome to borrow one of our Kiddy Cabs directly from our Guest Services for a deposit and a daily fee.
We also offer strollers free of charge for just a deposit.

There is free WiFi accessable throughout the center.

Our center is barrier-free. You can borrow wheelchairs free of charge from our Guest Services.

Have your hands full? Drop your shopping bags or luggage at our Guest Services and get them once you have finished shopping - free of charge.

Our toilet facilities are equipped with changing stations. You can also retreat to breastfeeding with our Guest Services.
