McArthurGlen Serravalle Designer Outlet has a huge parking area, where you can park your car directly next to the Outlet for free.

You can browse the internet free of charge throughout the Centre, with the “mcarthurglen serravalle” network. Register and create an account to start browsing freely.

Restrooms are equipped with baby changing stations. Free diapers and strollers to borrow are available at Guest Services. To book the baby stroller, click here.

There are 3 self-service kiosks available that provide portable phone chargers; at our Guest Services, at the toilets at Aldo Coppola and the toilets at Polo Ralph Lauren. Find the map HERE.​

Follow the instructions on the screens of the kiosks and you can take the charger with you. ​

It's free of charge, unless you won't return the charger.

The Centre is equipped with disabled access toilets and dedicated facilities for wheelchair users. You can borrow a wheelchair at the Guest Services - free of charge or book it here.

Dogs in the Center must be kept on a leash. There are fountains to quench their thirst and biodegradable bags (next to the fountains).

In case of bad weather, umbrellas are available. Ask to our Guest Services.

ATMs for cash withdrawals are available in the Centre.
