CONTENTS OF THE WORKSHOP
Part 1: Cut, dice and chop. Perfect cooking requires not only a passion for preparation and the right tools, but also the professionally learned handling of chef's and Santoku knives. Accordingly, the participants are encouraged to use various cutting techniques.
Part 2: Participants learn tips and tricks to sharpen the knife themselves. The expert explains what is important when sharpening a knife and shows the difference between the grinding methods with stone and steel. The workshop will be rounded off with tips on how to properly care for the knives.
